As it approaches its 50th Anniversary and enters its 41st year, the Air Force 1 Low looks to the most recent decade for stylistic inspiration. This most recent version of the AF-1 serves as a reminder of its origins in 1982 among the range of AF-1 designs that Nike has authorized.
This Air Force 1 has a lovely combination of Summit White, Metallic Silver, White, and Sail, and Since 82 is printed throughout in a typeface inspired by street art. As with the Louis Vuitton x Air Force 1 Low's monogram pattern, Nike decided to deboss the arrangement onto the Summit White leather upper rather than print it on the outside.
Although a release date for this most recent AF-1 is still pending, interested parties should anticipate a drop in the early Summer 2023 season.
