Even though the Nike Air Max 97 is no longer commemorating its 25th birthday, the silhouette keeps showing up in enticing new designs.
Christian Tresser's 26-year-old creation has reappeared with a "Light Bone" makeup. The unannounced Air Max shoe, however, differs from other off-white models in that its fabric mudguard is covered in an abstract pattern. The overlays of the vamps above it are various degrees of white, with the majority of the tongue and collar being a bone-like color. The model's ground-breaking sole unit keeps things straightforward underneath the foot: foam surrounding the visible Air bubble chooses a pure white finish, while the Air unit likes a cream appearance. Underfoot traction follows suit.
The release date for Nike.com is unknown, but that will probably change soon. Enjoy the official photos of the couple up top in the interim.
