The Air Jordan 12 "Black/Brilliant Orange," which was first previewed in November 2022, has now debuted via official Nike photographs.
The two-tone pair, set to release on July 13th, features Tinker Hatfield's 10th design for the Air Jordan series in its most daring style in recent memory. The sneaker industry is waiting for the model's 'Cherry' look to return in October, but the orange-accented pair is sure to win over fans before then. The Halloween-themed color scheme may appear random at first glance, but the pair fits nicely with Jordan Brand's current push into women's basketball.
Recent recruits to the Jumpman Family include both emerging talent like Kiki Rice and established stars like Gabby Williams. The former also showed off the unreleased Air Jordan 38 in "Dazzling Orange" with WNBA insignia on the tongue. The upcoming Jordan 12 only features Jumpman emblems, but its color scheme, timing, and exuberant designs across the shoe hint the pair is meant to be a celebration for ladies.
