Technical runners from the 2000s are still popular today, and few brands can compete with ASICS in terms of catalog depth. The Japanese athletic footwear manufacturer hinted at the next significant re-issue this past Paris Fashion Week with an ASICS GT-2160 collaboration with Montreal's Dime, and the good news is that a larger range of GR versions is coming sooner than you think.
The GT-2160, which debuted in 2011, is expected to return in two clean colorways: White/Pure Silver and White/Shamrock Green. Both have a characteristic white sports mesh foundation with a silver/black overlay; the former has a mustard yellow accent and GEL cushioning inserts, while the latter has green.
Retailers in Europe have a release date of July 8th, therefore we can expect a US release in the same month. The suggested retail price is €129,95.
