Noah Lyles Showcases the Upcoming Bad Bunny x adidas adiZero SL 72 Collaboration

Bad Bunny and adidas are switching gears from their iconic Gazelle partnership to a performance-focused runner. The duo is now bringing their creativity to the adiZero SL 72, blending retro aesthetics with modern technology.

A Star-Studded Reveal

The collaboration made its debut during the F1 festivities in Las Vegas, worn by none other than Noah Lyles, the fastest man in the world and defending Olympic 100m dash champion. As an adidas-sponsored athlete, Lyles showcased the new sneakers, offering fans a first glimpse ahead of their mid-December release.

Old Meets New

The adiZero SL 72 takes inspiration from the classic SL 72 trainer but updates it with a performance edge. The upper retains vintage styling, while the sole uses adidas' adiZero technology for enhanced comfort and functionality. Unique overlays on the toe box and heel bring a modern twist, blending the shoe’s heritage with contemporary design elements.

Colorways to Watch

This collaboration will include three colorways, with the featured pair dubbed Off White/Chalk White/Wonder White. It includes blue accents on the “Para Bad Bunny” text, tongue stitching, and branding. The other two options—Maroon/Chalk White/Semi Solar Red and Blue/Core White/Shock Yellow—will add variety to the lineup.

Coming Soon

The Bad Bunny x adidas adiZero SL 72 collection is set to launch in mid-December 2024. An official announcement from adidas is expected soon, so keep an eye out for more details about this exciting collaboration.
