Australian store Up There is back with another special version of the New Balance 860v2, just a few months after their first collaboration on this sneaker. This time, they’ve chosen softer pastel colors, giving a fresh and rosy look to the classic running shoe.
Up There’s creative director, Jason Paparoulas, has shared hints of this new design on social media. The sneaker’s inspiration seems to come from Australia’s natural beauty, including its unique plants and landscapes, which Up There often showcases in their projects.
The new 860v2 features a combination of silver and off-white leather overlays and a sturdy rubber midsole. However, the real highlight is the soft pastel shades that cover parts of the shoe’s mesh and quarter panels. Fans will also recognize the signature lace shroud and the unique “Sure Lace” design, which were part of their earlier release.
There isn’t an exact release date yet, but the sneaker is expected to be available soon and will likely sell for around $170. Keep an eye out for more updates if you’re interested in adding these to your collection.
