VERSACE has entered an exciting new chapter with its first-ever sneaker brand collaboration — a partnership with Onitsuka Tiger. The collaboration was unveiled at Milan Fashion Week, marking a major moment under Dario Vitale, the brand’s new Chief Creative Officer. Vitale took over after Donatella Versace’s nearly 30-year leadership, and his debut collection is already turning heads.

The highlight of the show was the fusion between VERSACE’s Italian luxury and Onitsuka Tiger’s Japanese precision. The collection features two key styles — the low-profile TAI-CHI sneaker and a sleek collaborative loafer.

The TAI-CHI sneaker, a signature model from Onitsuka Tiger, has been reimagined using premium Italian materials, handcrafted in the brand’s factory in Sanin Tottori, Japan. It features the iconic Tiger stripes paired with VERSACE’s Medusa symbol, while a vintage-textured upper adds a unique finish.

The collaboration didn’t stop at sneakers — the co-branded loafer combines casual sophistication with modern craftsmanship, symbolizing how sneaker brands are evolving into new style territories.

Both designs perfectly merge the heritage of Japan’s minimal design with Italy’s bold luxury aesthetic, showcasing a new balance between elegance and everyday wear.

The collection is expected to launch in spring next year through VERSACE stores and select retailers.
