Although it may not be as well-known as the original low-top, the Nike Air Force 1 Sculpt has gained a following among the stylish.
The high-top initially seems to mimic Bruce Kilgore's original 1982 design, but closer examination reveals some variations. The majority of the upper is made of tumbled leather, with profile swooshes set into the sides. Unbranded panels on the spine choose a purple hairy suede that contrasts with their surroundings in both colour and substance. In order to increase comfort and lifestyle appeal, the collar and inside lining also favour a soft, hairy texture. The iconic Air Force 1 sole unit keeps things basic and matches the upper well with its white and grey colour scheme.
