Apart from its more notable collaboration initiatives, the New Balance 9060 has explored a solely neutral-based palette as a refined manifestation of the celebrated 99X series. A clad-black arrangement is in the works before the ABZORB-cushioned solution returns to its former comfortability.
The entire highly layered suit is dressed in pitch-dark tones, with the exception of the brilliant purple heel clip. The upper's ballistic mesh and suede construction leave no room for a contrasting color. The attraction of continuous jet-black extends from the tongue and laces to the expanded sole unit underfoot, while color-matched stitching throughout the effort imbues the flexible offering with a fearlessness towards dirt and grime.
