Barbie is extending her impact to the lifestyle shoe ecosystem with an unofficial pink-accented New Balance 550, which is currently on a global press tour that has revived the doll mania.
The Basketball Oxford depends on its late 80s design ethos while injecting a contemporary pastel color, making it ideal for the end of summer. Pristine white leather quickly dominates the upper, extending the colorless tones across the inner lining, laces, and heel counter. The aforementioned blank canvas allows the soft pink counterpart of the two-toned ensemble to show through, particularly at the mid-foot N logo, tongue trim, and 550 symbols fastened to the quarter.
