The Nike Air Max TW is back after a brief sabbatical to kick off the summer season. While the Tail Wind solution was lost to the Beaverton archives for many years, the late 1970s look can be found in this recently revealed teal-accented effort.
The Max Air design, which is anchored in a monochrome introduction, sends gentle "Off-White" tones over the pair's mudguard, knit upper, and quarter overlay. A contrasting assortment of jet-black tones engulf the tongue, inner lining, and tread underfoot, adding clarity to the palette, while the heel counter is finished in chrome. Elsewhere, the hitherto colorless silhouette experiments with a seldom lime green deployment at the eye stay and forefoot lip, while complimentary light blue lace loops contrast with the dark teal cushioning system below.
