ASICS' GT-2160 has rapidly evolved since its debut courtesy of Montreal’s Dime Skateboards, and the latest iterations pay homage to the iconic designs of the early 2010s. Reflecting a range of compositions that defined the past decade, these new lifestyle solutions from the Japanese brand echo an era of timeless style.
Staying true to the trainer’s heritage, the new models feature a distinctive wavy sculpting in the forefoot, embracing a classic blend of leather and mesh construction. Two colorways take on a minimalist approach, presenting a monochrome upper in either “Seal Grey” or a subtle off-white tone, contrasted by an aged cream midsole. These designs introduce touches of "Jewel Green" and black along the heel counter and insoles for added depth. In contrast, the third installment harks back to a 2011-inspired palette, with "Pure Silver" overlays meeting vibrant Sky Blue accents against rich jet-black underlays.
