Clarks, the famous footwear brand from Somerset, is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year. To mark the milestone, the brand is hosting a three-day pop-up event in central Berlin.
The event, which started yesterday, takes visitors through Clarks’ long history in shoemaking. Iconic models like the Wallabee, Desert Boot, and Desert Trek are on display, showing how the brand’s designs have evolved over the decades.
One of the highlights is a customization workshop by design studio Adaptism. Visitors can decorate two exclusive Wallabee models using leather offcuts from the Clarks Originals factory — a creative way to celebrate the brand’s heritage.
In addition, Clarks is also screening a special series of 200th anniversary films. These feature past collaborators, cultural figures, and designers who share their connection with the brand. To complete the experience, guests can enjoy food from Jerk Master and sweet treats from Café Tonton while exploring the event.
