The Beaverton company has continued to investigate a wider range of air-infused products with just one month until The Swooshes' renowned Air Max Day celebration. Lately, the Air Max 97 wore a composition of pristine, rarely-accented white.
The late-90s silhouette reengages in its customary structure, with bright white colors encircling the ballistic mesh base layer, leather overlays, and mesh tongue construction. Although an illusive assortment of materials has most recently been extended across the Christian Tresser design. A narrow strip of "Racer Blue" runs the length of the pair, ending atop the mid-foot Checks, and is accompanied by molten lava-shaded Swooshes sewn to the upper tongue and insoles. A contrasting patch of jet-black consumes the tread underfoot and is complemented by a midsole with a buttercream flavor.
