DTLR has proven to be an effective routine collaborator with the Boston-based brand, from the 2018 Philadelphia-exclusive New Balance 998 to their most recent glow-in-the-dark New Balance 90/60s. The New Balance 990v4 provides a recognizable multi-color magnificence that acts as a sequel to the joint "Wild Style" colorway for the two corporations' upcoming edition.
The most recent collection opens a box of crayons to reveal a titular array of hues that share a monochrome foundation layer. The mesh underlays on the model have a smooth greyscale appearance, while the untidy suede panels above have a striking jet-black finish. Yellow accents the collar lining, tread, and mid-foot N logo, while sky blue and crimson accent the pitch-dark overlays' background. While lime green tones anchor the heel and tongue tabs, the midsole is a mix of violet, blue, and white.
The DTLR x New Balance 990v4 "Wild Style" 2.0 is set to arrive on July 14th in grade school, pre-school, and toddler sizes. The partnership will also be available in adult sizes, most likely in men's.
