Dennison and Collectability Return With a Bold Second Watch Collaboration

Independent watch brand Dennison has reunited with Collectability for a second collaborative release, introducing the striking new Oblique Collection. Expanding on the success of their first partnership, the latest project embraces vintage-inspired asymmetrical design while delivering a fresh modern aesthetic aimed at collectors and everyday enthusiasts alike.

The new collection consists of two distinct dial families: the Oblique Enigma and the Oblique Vector. Both designs were born from a creative meeting in Geneva between Collectability founder John Reardon and acclaimed Swiss designer Emmanuel Gueit. Drawing inspiration from the unconventional shapes and futuristic styling of 1960s watchmaking, the collaboration seeks to make expressive design more accessible without sacrificing craftsmanship.

At the heart of the collection is the unusual asymmetrical case shape that defines the Oblique lineup. The sculptural silhouette immediately stands out from traditional round watches, giving the release a strong vintage-modern identity.

The Oblique Enigma introduces a playful and artistic dial layout. Its centerpiece features a rich blue sunburst finish surrounded by a metallic diamond-cut border, all set against a deep green outer dial. The layered composition creates impressive visual depth while maintaining a refined and elegant appearance.

Meanwhile, the Oblique Vector takes a more graphic approach. Radiating lines stretch across the dial in a dynamic pattern that feels energetic and architectural. The gold PVD version pairs a warm gilt-colored sunray dial with sharp black lines, while the stainless steel model opts for a silver sunray finish accented by vivid blue detailing.

Despite the bold design language, the watches maintain compact and wearable dimensions. Each model measures 35mm by 33.6mm with a slim 6.05mm profile, making them versatile enough for daily wear. Powering the collection is the reliable Swiss quartz Ronda Cal. 1062 movement, ensuring dependable timekeeping beneath the artistic exterior.

Adding to the exclusivity, the Oblique Collection will only be available through a limited pre-order window. Each watch is priced at $790 USD and can be ordered exclusively through Dennison’s official website between May 27 and June 3, 2026.

With the Oblique Collection, Dennison and Collectability continue proving that independent watchmaking can still push creative boundaries while remaining approachable for modern collectors.
